Gym Disclaimer + Rules
I have been advised to seek medical approval before partaking in any hardcore training within Flex 'N' Tone, to ensure I am fit and healthy to participate in physical exercise either solo or with a Flex trainer.
I have been warned prior to starting any training. However much we try to prevent, it can result in physical injury.
I accept the risks in any diet or training plan received, thus waiver any rights to claim through injury, illness or damages incurred that myself or someone on my behalf may incur from direct or indirect participation with the set diet and/or training programs provided.
Please use our facility considerately and safely!
If you're unsure on how to perform exercises or use our machines correctly, please book a one-off session with one of our coaches. Or ask anyone around you, most are friendly/experienced lifters in Flex!
- No bags in the gym... Leave behind reception desk
- Finish up last sets before 8:50pm weekdays, 3:50pm on weekends
- Limit phone use, we want you training hard here!
- Ask people around you for a spot... Don't be risky!
