My Approach to Personal Training
My passion for personal training stems from my own experiences growing up around friends who lacked the confidence to hit the gym. This drove me to help others overcome those psychological barriers and truly enjoy their training experience.
I’m passionate about educating my clients on training effectively, rather than just going through the motions. Every client I work with has different goals, so I tailor each program accordingly, taking into account their individual abilities, injuries, and preferences.
I believe in offering more than just workout sessions. Each client receives a detailed PDF with additional resources, guidance, and information to help them achieve their goals outside of our training sessions.
To further support progress, I also offer services like progress pictures, body composition measurements, and help with setting up MyFitnessPal to track macros effectively.
